Spring Equinox Detox: Smoothie Recipes
Below are the smoothie recipes that correspond with the 2021 Spring Equinox Detox: 14 Day Cleanse. Refer to the previous blog for the 14 day cleanse meal plan.
Avocado Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 tsp Chia Seeds
½ cup coconut or almond milk
1 avocado
½ cup blueberries
Directions:
In a blender, blend all of the ingredients together until a smooth and creamy consistency. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Berry Peach Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp agave
½ cup strawberries
½ cup blueberries
½ cup cherries
½ cup peaches
Directions:
In a blender, blend all of the ingredients together until a smooth and creamy consistency. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Cantaloupe Blackberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
½ cup blackberries
2 cups cantaloupe
1 banana

¾ cup spring water
½ green apple, diced
¾ cup kale
½ cucumber

Mixed Berry Cantaloupe Smoothie
Ingredients:

Juice from 2 oranges
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
1 ½ cups mixed berries
2 cups cantaloupe

1 zucchini, peeled and chopped
1 orange, peeled

1 oz coconut or almond milk
1 frozen banana, chopped
