2021 Spring Equinox Detox: 14 Day Cleanse Meal Plan

 

Spring is here and that means it’s time to spring clean. But I’m not talking about our homes. I’m talking about our bodies. 

Because we consume a lot of foods that cause excessive mucus to build up in our system it is beneficial to remove that mucus. Excessive mucus has been linked to a number of illness and dis-eases in the body ranging from the common cold to more serious issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and more.

I have created a 14 day cleanse meal plan along with a bonus natural juice recipe list that I’m excited to share with you!

I know you’ll feel and even see the health benefits of this cleanse if you follow this meal plan for the next 14 days.

*Snacks are optional. You do not have to eat the snacks if you are not hungry. Those are there as healthy options for those that do like to snack between meals.*

*Meats are not included in the 14 day cleanse meal plan. Meats harbour a lot of the toxins that we are trying to cleanse our bodies from and have also been linked to intestinal worms. For best results please refrain from all meats while on the cleanse.*

Day 1 – I Nourish My Body With Healthy Choices

Meal 3:  Red Lentil Squash Soup
